Born 1975 in Milan. He initially established himself as a commercial and editorial fashion photographer, opening a photo production company in New York. At the same time, however, he pursued the art project “No Fashion Places”, in clear contrast to his commissioned work. In 2013, curator Rene Julien Praz noticed his work and invited him to exhibit first at the Palais de Tokyo and then at the Perrotin Gallery in 2015. Since 2010, he has been travelling in a caravan through the United States, for a photographic project that led to the publication of the book “No Fashion Places of America” in 2016. He moved to live in Switzerland where he opened CasaGalleria, his studio/atelier, in Rovio, Ticino.
