THE EXHIBITION
Artrust returns to animate the exhibition spaces in Melano with the exhibition “Garden”, which holds from May 4 to August 25, in Via Pedemonte di Sopra 1. The exhibition explores the theme garden in art, retracing the history of a subject that has inspired artists of all periods and styles. On display more than 40 works by 24 artists covering a time span from 1600 to today can be found.
“After so many monographic exhibitions, this is the first thematic exhibition of 2017. We took our inspiration from the theme promoted for the year 2016-2017 by the Association NEL – Creating art in our time, in fact the gardens, and have decided to inaugurate the beautiful season with an exhibition very “spring” to the atmosphere, but also significant from a historical and artistic point of view. In fact you can see the exhibition artworks and masterpieces of different genres and media: paintings, tapestries, lithographs, photographs, sculptures, ranging from impressionism to pop art”.
