«One of the subjects of this edition of the fair is “Democracy of paper”, for this reason we decided to pursue our journey into the Street Art, the most democratic artistic movement, since it employs public spaces in order to speak to everyone. Banksy and Blu, through their creations, express the concept of democracy, speaking about the contemporary society and its contradictions. At the heart of Nevecrew’s art there is the environmental theme, considering the relationship between animal species and human being. These topics fit into another subject of the fair, “Biodiversity of paper”».

Artrust will stage into its stand (A6) a Street Art-based outfitting. Among the works on display, there will be those realized by two legends (absolutely unreachable) such as Banksy and Blu, and the creations of the most famous Swiss duo street artist, Nevercrew.
The setting up will be also enriched by the live performance of the writer Andrea Ravo Mattoni, who will realize a site specific artwork on one of the walls of our stand on Saturday.
The fair will as well be the occasion to present to the public the works by Serena Maisto and Raul, protagonists of the show “One. Two. Andy”, that will be launched during the same days at Artrust spaces in Melano. The two artists will confront each other by reinterpreting and decomposing a photography of the Pop Art myth, Andy Warhol, by Karen Bystedt.
